BC Children’s Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre announces launch of new podcast – ‘Where You Are’.


Through real stories, expertise, and practical tips, the Kelty Resource Centre podcast, “Where You Are”, helps families and their children promote their mental health and wellness. Join hosts Char Black and Michelle Horn in conversations with parents and caregivers, youth and health professionals as they:

  • Challenge some of the myths, stereotypes, and stigma that surround mental health

  • Empower children, youth, and families by providing reliable mental health and substance use information in a way that is understandable and relatable

Families will walk away with practical tips and strategies that they can use to promote their family's mental health and wellness. Topics include resiliency, sleep, ADHD, medications, anxiety, mindfulness … and much more!
